In May of 2008 my husband and I decided that we wanted to get out of the city so we can have peace and quiet. We were tired of the city's hustle and bustle so we went house hunting.

We already had a few selections and we toured them with her. After looking at these she finally took us to a development that was peaceful, quiet and friendly. The house is just what we want snice it is just the two of us. She immediately guided us through the process of getting an apraisal and soon after we were able to purchase the home. Ivorr was flexible with the negotiation process and a reasonable price was agreed, a price we could afford.
Ivorr's service was exceptional, they made sure we were on the right track, followed up on the process until finally we got our keys. We have been living at Dew Drop Estates, 11 3/4 miles on the Norhtern Highway for a year now and we have developed great friendships with our neighbors. We are a tight-knit community and we welcome new home owners to our circle of neighbors.
